Using the app
Only upload photos you have the right to use. Don't upload illegal, offensive or private content, or try to disrupt the service.
AI results
Car identifications, specs and prices are AI estimates and may be wrong. Don't rely on them for purchases, insurance or safety decisions.
Your content
You own your photos. You give us permission to store and process them only to run AutoSpot for you.
Accounts
You're responsible for your account. You can delete it anytime in the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Disclaimer
AutoSpot is provided "as is" without warranties, and to the extent permitted by law we aren't liable for indirect damages.
