Privacy Policy

AutoSpot ("we") lets you photograph cars, identify them with AI and save them to a personal garage. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Account info: your email address and an encrypted password, or your Google account email if you sign in with Google.

Photos and car data: photos you upload and the car details we identify from them.

Usage data: in-app activity such as scans, saves, favorites, streaks and achievements, used to power your stats and improve the app.

Guests: photos are analyzed but nothing is saved to an account.

How we use it

To identify cars, store your garage, show your stats, keep the service secure and improve AutoSpot. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Service providers

Photos are sent to Google Gemini for AI identification. Data is stored with our secure cloud hosting provider. These providers only process data to run the service.

Retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account and all photos and data at any time from Profile → Delete account. Deletion is permanent.

Children

AutoSpot is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data by contacting us.
